- Communication with management regarding changes in tax laws or regulations and the effect on the client while being proactive in providing creative solutions to the changes.
- Review of investment opportunities (including lease vs. purchase options) and implications related to passive activities and tax credits.
- Consultation related to New York Empire Zone and Federal Empowerment Zones.
CONSULTING SERVICES
Consultation and structuring of mergers, acquisitions, and business combinations.
- Open line of communication between the client’s management and our firm.

- Continuous interaction with key office personnel in answering questions, resolving problems and evaluating procedures such as billing, collections, internal control, payroll, disbursements, and cash management.

- Consultation related to employment contracts stockholder/partner agreements and deferred compensation arrangements, while assisting in the structuring of principals who are either departing or being admitted to the practice.
